Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is soliciting proposals for the lease of approximately 23,814 rentable square feet to be used as a Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Horizon City, Texas. The contemplated lease term consists of a 10-year firm term, 10-year soft term.
