If left in place, deferred maintenance costs will continue to increase and further damage will occur. The following areas shall be addressed as part of the scope of work: Replacing existing north loop bathhouse, updating the water and sewer systems, soil erosion control/site stabilization, survey staking and pavement repairs. Optional items to be addressed if possible: replacing existing south loop bathhouse, repairs/renovations to guard shack and replacement of entrance/dump station. Refer to schedule of items (A3 – SOI) for further details. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12445226Q0003 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for GAOA Lake Winfield Scott Campground Construction located at the Blue Ridge Ranger District in Blairsville, GA. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
