The Contractor shall furnish material, equipment, managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to perform all services as required in the contract. The estimated number of participants to this event is approximately 3,200. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type purchase order. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and site visit and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.
